An aggregator gives a broker access to a list. We work the list. The difference is the relationship — knowing which credit desk to call, which BDM to involve, and when a deal is worth escalating. A panel of 130+ is only useful if you know which 5 to approach for the deal in front of you.

Rate cards are commercially sensitive and lender-specific. What clients see is the indicative rate and structure for their deal, with a clear comparison of the realistic options on the table — not a wall of generic numbers that don't apply to their profile.

We start with the deal: security, purpose, serviceability, exit. From there we narrow to the lenders whose current credit appetite matches the profile, then layer in rate, terms and settlement timing. Usually that means submitting to 1–3 lenders, not blanketing the panel.

When the deal sits outside major-bank credit policy — short timeframes, lighter docs, complex security, recent credit events, or unusual structures. Non-banks and private capital cost more, but they fund deals banks won't. The choice is always about what the deal needs, not a default preference.
