- The equipment and vehicle facilities already on the books. Rates, residuals, balloon dates. Sometimes the answer is refinance and sometimes it's leave it alone.
- Business loan reviews
- Your existing business debt, read the way a credit team would read it. Where serviceability actually sits, and what a lender would make of the file today rather than when it was written.
- Complex restructures
- Multiple entities, mixed security, a deal that's been knocked back, or a structure the business has outgrown. These are the ones that don't fit a form.
