Alexia is the person you'll hear from once your loan has settled. Two years in finance, and the part she likes most is talking to clients and making sure they actually understand what's going on. She's also partway through her Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.
Looking after existing clients is most of her week. She checks in to see how things are going and answers whatever comes up. If something needs sorting, she's usually onto it before you've had to ask. She's easy to talk to, which matters more than people think in finance.
Away from the desk it's coffee and walks with friends, and a mini dachshund who gets most of her attention.
